Ralph Edward Tavner, age 63, of Lakeview, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2016. He was born May 21, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Marie Tavner and siblings, Patty, Donna, Dorothy, Denise and Charles.
Ralph is survived by his daughter, Cigi (Darryl) Mclendon; sister, Claudia; grandchildren, Aydn and Joelynn Walden and Bently Mclendon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was a member of the Amvets Post 39, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aeries 3615 and the Indian Lake Moose Lodge 1533. Ralph enjoyed hunting, fishing and all outdoor activities. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until the funeral service at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432.
