Ralph Burton

BURTON, Ralph, age 90, of Beavercreek, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Helen J. Burton; four brothers and three sisters. He was born in Greenup County, KY, served his country in World War II in the Army Air Corps, retired from tool making after 35 years of service at NCR and Elano. He was an avid golfer and past club champion of NCR Country Club. He is survived by one daughter, Karen (Robert) Berger; two sons, Mike (Karen) Burton and Mark (Debbie) Burton all of Beavercreek; grandchildren, Kim (Mike) Viets, Lisa (Randy) Brown, Debbie (Jeff) Beal, Susan Burton, Michelle (Ted) Sivert, Tammy (Dan) Bondurant, Leslie, Mark, and Kriscandra Burton; great-grandchildren, Joshua and Lyndsey Burton, Jesse Beal, Dana Berger, Jr. Brown, Mikayla Viets, Victoria and Aubrey Sivert, Austin, Zachary, and Kendra Bondurant, Felicity Burton; great-great-granddaughter, Madison Burton. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 11, 2009 from 2-4 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel where funeral service will be held Monday, January 12, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery.
