Raja Ram Gupta was born in Shahzadpur, India on September 15th 1922, to Asa R. and Kapur D Gupta as the youngest of six children. In February 1945 he married Shakuntla D Gupta and was happily married for 67 years. He had five children – Vijay K. Gupta, Late Om P. Gupta, Lalit K. Gupta, Kusum Lata, and Chander S. Gupta.
He worked as a High school principal in India until his retirement in year 1980. He was a simple, noble, and hard working person. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather. He was a self made gentleman.
Soon after his retirement he emigrated to the U.S., eventually joined by the rest of his family.
He is survived by his wife, four children, and nine grandchildren; Monika, Sonia, Ravi, Lisa, Nita, Nina, Kunal, Anish, Charu.
He will be deeply missed by all and will remain in our heart and memories forever.
