Rae Anna Guckian (Wright), 74, of Dayton, OH passed away on November 11, 2019 at the The James Cancer Hospital in Columbus, Ohio
She was born to Charles (Buck) and Mildred (Millie) Wright of Eaton, OH on July, 16, 1945. Grew up in Eaton, OH, graduated from Eaton High School in 1963. Attended and completed a Bachelors of Education at Miami University in Oxford, OH in 1967. Went on to teach at Eaton City Schools for many years, also, Temple Christian of Dayton, OH. She decided to change her career path to sales for her love of and connection with people. She worked with her Brother in Law, Ed Robinette at Eilers TV and Appliance and many years with Morris Home Furnishings. She was extremely talented, and had a impeccable work ethic. She retired with Morris in 2017.
Rae was fun, always positive, always had a smile, laughing, very devoted to her family and friends. She loved family dinners, occasions. She loved her church, Christ Church United Methodist, in Kettering, OH, the choir and bible-study. She was very giving, loyal and ultimately KIND.
Rae is preceded in death by both her parents Buck and Millie Wright. She is survived by her Brother Rodney and (wife) Linda Wright, 75, of Towneville, SC; Her Twin Sister Lillian and (husband) Edwin Robinette, both 74, of Dayton, Ohio; Sister Mary Margaret "Peggy" and Randy Elliott, 67, of Chardon, Ohio; Niece Rachel and Joel Hodgson of West Carrollton, OH; Niece Linsey Elliott Columbus, OH; Niece Tracey and Wes Stafford of Willoughby, OH; Nephew Jonathan and Crissy Elliott of Columbus, OH; Nephew Scott and Stacey Wright of Indianapolis, IN; Niece Beth and Brian Poole of Eaton, OH; Nephew Brian and Jackie Wright of Camden, OH; Nephew Andrew and Melissa Wright of Kalamazoo, MI; Many great nieces and nephews; and so many amazing friends and church family!!
The Celebration Of Life service will be held at 1p.m on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Christ Church United Methodist, 3440 Shroyer Rd, Kettering, OH 45420., 937-293-3151. Gathering, food, family and friends immediately following the service.
