She was born September 25, 1961 in Russellville, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Benjamin F. Phillips on March 7, 2013.
Carol is survived by her husband, Tim McKinley; Daughter, Taylor B. McKinley; Mother, Retha Phillips; Sisters, Karen (Tim) and Sharon (Bob); Mother-in-law, Donna (Dick) Mosier; Mommie's Baby, Ellie; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many good friends.
