Quinn Brock

Brock, Quinn G., age 90, of Huber Heights went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 6, 2007 after a lengthy illness. He is preceded in death by his parents, William S. and Gertrude Tudor Brock; brothers, Glen, Julian, and Bill Brock; sisters, Sadie Haggard and Lucille Carl. He is survived by his wife of 53 1/2 years, Elizabeth "Betty" Kane Brock; sister, Minerva Insco of California and numerous other family members. Quinn was graduated from RooseveltHigh School, was employed at Kurz Kasch, retired from Amity Mold, and was a member of the Navy in WWII. He is in the Bowling Hall of Fame-bowling a perfect 300. He is a longtime member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church and also the Fellowship Alliance Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at Byron Cemetery, Fairborn, OH, with Pastor John Carroll officiating. The family will receive friends at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH on Tuesday from 6-8 PM.
