Priscilla Opal Hamilton, age 81 of Dayton, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017. She was born December 23, 1935 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles and Priscilla Hooks.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ino W. Hamilton; and 7 brothers.
Priscilla is survived by her devoted and loving son, Rickey Hooks (Janice Curington); devoted and loving granddaughter, Jenell English (DeJuan Wheeler); great-grandchildren, Sheldon English, Britiney English; great-great grandchild, Kassidy English; step-daughters, Carolyn and Barbara Jean; and dear friend, Juanita Blalock.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory - North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). Funeral service will begin at 10:30 am. Burial will follow in Jeffersonview Cemetery.
