Preston J. Vordtriede

VORDTRIEDE, Preston J., age 61, of Fairborn, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2008. He was born December 29, 1946 in Dayton, OH. He worked for many years at Roush's Restaurant in Fairborn and WPAFB. He is survived by his mother, Gwendoline (Thwaites) Vordtriede; brother, David Vordtriede; brother, Robert Vordtriede; sister, Sharon Vordtriede; nieces, Cara and Lauren Vordtriede. He was preceded in death by his father, Gustave D. Vordtriede. Visitation will be held Friday, February 1, 2008 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Byron Cemetery in Fairborn. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fifth Third Bank or Roush's Restaurant in Preston's memory.
