Porter Trent Jr.

Porter Trent Jr., was born on December 8, 1934 in Wolfe County, Pence, Kentucky, to Edna Mae (Little) and Porter Trent Sr. and passed away peacefully at home with his family and friends on September 23, 2021.

Porter was a retired Electrical Engineer, and was an active member at Community Harvest Church, of Germantown, Ohio.

Porter was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Charlie, Eugene, Joe, and George, and one sister, Virginia Melton.

He is survived by his wife, Judy; son, Rod (Meg) Trent; daughter, Rhonda (Larry) Parsons; step-daughter, Missy Lawson; six grandchildren, Alex Trent, Rachel (Max) Rumker, Eric (Hannah) Trent, Elly Trent, Taylor (Brantley) Mills, Caitlyn Parsons; two step grandchildren, Rachael (Brian) Blankenship, Tim Wolfe; great grandchild, Reid Rumker; three step great grandchildren, Rylynn and Brinley Blankenship and Kirt Wolfe; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 26, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Community Harvest Church (6970 Weaver Road in Germantown). A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 11:00 am, also at the church. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery in Miamisburg, OH.
