CYPHERS, Pollyanna V., age 85, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at Bellbrook Rehab Nursing Home, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was a lifetime resident of the Beavercreek and Fairborn area. Pollyanna loved to travel and fishing. She graduated Beavercreek High School in 1939. She was born March 21, 1921 in Dayton the daughter of Arthur E. "Mike" and Bertha (Lindamood) Linebaugh. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Harold E. Cyphers; one son, Terry Cyphers of Boardman, OH; two sisters, Alice Black of Fairborn and Pauline Marshall of TN; one brother, Ray Linebaugh of Kettering; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both parents; three brothers, Calvin, Don, and Bob Linebaugh. Visitation will be held Friday, June 16, 2006 from 4-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd.) where funeral services will be held Saturday, June 17, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Byron Cemetery in Fairborn.
