SPARKS, Polly, age 70, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents, John H. and Matilda Hall.
Polly is survived by her husband of 38 years, Lloyd R. Sparks, Sr.; children, Deborah (James) Rousseau, Troy (Janet) Mayhon, Lloyd R. Sparks, Jr., and Lorene Gaipo; grandchildren, Elizabeth Smith, Michael Hayes, Stephen Hayes, Mary Foster, Emily Foster, Renee Osborne, Troy M. Mayhon, Emily Mayhon, Alisha King, Kayla King, Marillis Gaipo, Genieva Gandham, and Killian Gaipo; great grandchildren, Tristan Smith, Gage Hayes, Enzo Hayes, Alyssa Combs, and Austin Combs; sisters, Violet and Maxwell; brother, Charles Ray, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other family. Polly enjoyed playing Bingo and spending time with her grandchildren and family.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm on Monday, June 6, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Byron Cemetery.
