Phyllis A. Tipton

Phyllis Ann Tipton, age 69 of Moraine, passed away Monday, October 29, 2018 at Pinnacle Point Nursing Home. She was born October 17, 1949 in Brooksville, Kentucky to the late Howard and Ruth West. In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, George Tipton, Sr. and a sister, Betty. Phyllis is survived by her sons, Gary L. (Donna Lamb) Tipton, George (Debbie Damron) Tipton, Fred S. (Edna Bartlet) Tipton, Jr.; grandchildren, Samantha, Jessica, Adam and Brittany; seven great grandchildren and siblings, Beverly, Ricky and Dolly as well as nieces and nephews.
Phyllis was a graduate of Fairmont West High School, Kettering. Phyllis supported her family as a homemaker devoting her time as a mother and wife. She was a faithful Christian and avid scholar of the Bible. Phyllis found life to be precious in every form and adopted many pets over the years to provide them a loving home. Services are private at the convenience of the Tipton family and memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Great Dayton at 1661 Nicholas Rd., Dayton, OH 45417.
