Phyllis Robinette, age 81, of Vandalia, passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021.
Phyllis was born in Kingsport, TN on March 18, 1940 to the late Doyle & Imogene (Spears) Robinette.
In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her sisters, Gayle (Garland) Whitt and Wilma Henderson.
Phyllis is survived by her children, Michael (Mary) Trantanella, Lee (Tracy) Trantanella, Tony (Diane) Trantanella, Greg (Teri) Trantanella and Kristi (Eric) Peters; grandchildren, Nicholas (Stacey) Trantanella, Robert (Amanda) Trantanella, Shaun (Ashley) Trantanella, Michelle (Jason) LeMaster, Caitlin Trantanella, Elizabeth Trantanella, Evan (Susie) Peters, Jacob Peters, Amber (Alex) Mokrycki, Shawn (Tori) Vitori, Jennifer Vitori and Ian (Amanda) Hill; great-grandchildren, Matthew Trantanella, Bryson Trantanella, Tyler Howard, Tara Howard, Travis Howard, Jaelynn Trantanella, Vincent Trantanella, Marlee Trantanella, Roman Trantanella, Izabel Trantanella, Violet Trantanella, Rayne Trantanella, Raven Trantanella, Ingram Trantanella, Jake Geloff, James Gibson, Kaitlin Gibson, Archer LeMaster, Sullivan LeMaster, Glenn Peters and Lucca Peters; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Phyllis was a graduate of Northridge High School in 1958, where she maintained friendships over her lifetime. Phyllis was a dedicated mother who loved spending time with her family. She was an avid gardener, talented painter and overall artistic person. Phyllis was a spiritual person who loved spending time in nature. She was the matriarch of a large loving family, and will be missed by all.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 10, 2021 from 1-2pm at the Newcomer Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439. The service will follow at 2pm.
