Phyllis Kay Moore, 75, passed away on January 19, 2024. Loving mother of Michelle (David) Rafie, adored grandmother of Quintin Rafie, cherished sister of Cindy (Barry) Cole and dear aunt of Alicia (Eric) Harmon.

She was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Elizabeth Moore.

Family will be holding a private celebration of Phyllis' life.
