Phyllis Jean Lutz, 82, of Fairborn, passed away June 20, 2017. Phyllis was born in Elliott County, KY on November 12, 1934 to the late Ezra and Nora Ison. In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her loving husband of 19 years, Kenneth Lutz; sister, Evelyn Perrine; brothers, Harlan Ison, Delmar Ison, Gary Ison, Ronald Mullins and Tommy Mullins. She is survived by her son, Richard Lutz, sister, Shirley James; and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held from 9:30 - 10:30am on Monday, June 26, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, where funeral services will begin at 10:30am. Burial will follow at Fairfield Cemetery in Fairborn.
