Phyllis J. Humbert, age 79, of Springboro, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Carol McGraw; brother, Richard McGraw; son, Nicholas Humbert.
Phyllis is survived by her daughters, Debra McGraw and Donita (Grant) Makinson; grandchildren, Angela Woods, Aimee Jaeger and David Glosser; and great-grandson, Ryder Jaeger.
The family would like to thank the staff at Wood Glenn Nursing Home for their care and compassion.
