Phyllis Horseman Beitzel
July 21, 1925 — April 27, 2013
Phyllis Horseman Beitzel, age 87 of Dayton, OH passed away April 27, 2013 at Friendship Village. She was born in Cincinnati to the late William and Doretta Gadow. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Lowell Horseman and sisters, Mildred Shaw and Lorena Allen.
She is survived by husband, Dr. Raymond Beitzel; children, Dee (Jim) Payton, Terry (Sheri) Horseman; grandchildren Stacey (Ray) Weber, Tom Payton, Mindy (Mike) Swigart, Shelly (Chris) Elder; great-grandchildren, Maddison, Mason, Allie, Brady, Raegan, Rylin; and many other relatives and friends.
Phyllis was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and will be missed by all who knew her.
AIn lieu of flowers donations in Phyllis's memory may be made to Shiner's Children's Hospital in Lexington, KY.
