Phyllis Hagerty

Phyllis Hagerty, age 88 of Centerville, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024. She was born November 12, 1935 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Harold and Evelyn. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald Hagerty.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Jill (Trent) Weaver; son, Mark Blodgett; five grandchildren, Lesley, Jenna (Jimmy), Hannah (Justin), Carly (Wade), and Owen (Collin); three great-grandchildren, Ale, Thatcher, and Arthur. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Phyllis was devoted to her faith and a lifelong member of Central Christian Church in Kettering. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in Dayton. Phyllis loved to play Bridge and travel to Hilton Head with Donald. She is well loved and will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am – 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). Funeral Services will be officiated by Dr. Irvin Green and Dr. Betty Green at 11:00 am following visitation.
