Phyllis Dean Franklin

Phyllis Dean Franklin, age 83 of Loveland, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025. She was born June 25, 1941 in Paintsville, Kentucky the daughter of the late Jess and Ulla Castle. She had a career as a Paralegal for over 40 years. Phyllis loved to travel, especially to warmer places. She was an avid reader and collected many paperback novels over the years. She will be missed.

Phyllis is survived by her Son, Bob Franklin; Daughters, Vicky Pellman, and Shelly Franklin; Sister, Diane Castle; and by numerous other family and friends.
