Duncan, Phyllis Ann, age 66, of Huber Heights passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born September 13, 1940 in Lake City, TN, the daughter of Aaron and Elvada (Sharp) Foust. Phyllis worked as a volunteer for eight years at Wayne High School as a Band Mom, caring for the uniforms and assisting the students as needed. She is preceded in death by her father and one uncle.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Duane Duncan, children, Vincent (Elena) Duncan, and Stacey (Tony) Schultz; mother, Elvada Foust who made her home with Phyllis and her husband; grandchildren, Anthony and Aidan Schultz, all of Huber Heights; aunt, Mildred (Bill) Miller of West Milton; uncles, James (Jean) Sharp Hezekiah (Burnette) Sharp of Missouri; brother-in-law, Thomas (Barbara) Duncan of Knoxville, TN.

Graveside services will be held at 1:30 PM on Monday, November 27, 2006 at Royal Oaks Memorial Gardens, Brookville, with Pastor Peter Courlas, Jr. officiating. Friends may call on Sunday at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio 45424 from 6-8 PM. Friends and family wishing to join the funeral procession may meet at the funeral home on Monday at 12:45 PM.
