Phyllis Marie Dever

Phyllis Marie Dever, age 77, went Home on September 30, 2023, after a hard long fight with dementia. She was preceded in death by her parents Orbin and Helen; brother David; sister Debbie, and her precious baby girl, Lesa; as well as her fur grandpuppies: Puddles, Simba, and Elle.

She is survived by her daughter Sheri, who was right by her side, they both fought this terrible disease together. Her significant other, Lee; brothers: Steve (Debbie), Rick (Dee); nieces: Jennifer (Chris), Sarah (Dennis), Ashley (Matt), Alicia (Cody), and Kaitlyn (Fernie); nephews: Kevin, Dempsey "Stevie", Steven, Bradley, and Ryan; and great nieces and nephews: Aubrey, Scarlett, Deuce, Teddy, Jack, Bane, Kash, and Noxx. She was affectionately known as Aunt P to her special niece Lacy (Rob) and her little boy Ethan.

Phyllis was a loving mother who put her children above everything but also found enough time to be a mother figure to her younger brothers. We will all miss her deeply.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will immediately follow at 6:00pm.
