Phyllis Ann Scott

SCOTT, Phyllis Ann, age 76, of New Carlisle, OH, passed away, Saturday March 26, 2011. She was born January 1, 1935 in Marshall, IL.

She retired from Rikes/Macy's as an Estee Lauder counter manager. She enjoyed sharing time and attending activities with her granddaughter.

Phyllis is survived by her children, Joe (Susan) Scott, Marilyn (Rusty) Lewis; one granddaughter, Stephanie JoAnn Lewis; one sister, Judith (John) Forsythe; 8 nieces and nephews, Steven Forsythe, Susan (Brian) Amidei, Stephanie Forsythe, Brenda (Larry) Bender, Laura (Tony) George, Cheryl Livvix, Adam Livvix, and Tyler Livvix.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Scott; parents, Everett and Ruth (Stepp) Livvix; one sister, Marilyn Hipplehauser; one brother, Darrell Livvix.

Burial will follow in Casstown Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to The Hospice of Dayton.

Phyllis was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be greatly missed.
