Phyllis A. Smith

Smith, Phyllis Ann, 62, of Dayton, passed away September 19, 2016. She was a member of the East Dayton Social Club Ladies Auxiliary. Phyllis Ann enjoyed flower arranging. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleon and Rosie Lewis and nieces and nephews. Phyllis Ann is survived by her husband , Charles L. Smith whom she married February 12, 1984; brother in law, Seldon Smith and Deanna Jones, her very good friend, brothers, Johnnie Lewis, Donald Lewis, Mike (Randa) Lewis, sisters, Angela (Kenneth) Purvis, Christina (Robert) Calvert, NUMEROUS nieces and nephews, and all of her friends who loved her at Butch's Bar.
