Philomena Wachholder Stem, age 93, of Beavercreek, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, March 13.
She was preceded in death by her parents Caroline and John Wachholder, her husband Richard Clay Stem, and her daughter Michaelle Barnhart.
She is survived by her brother Edward Wachholder, her daughter and son-in-law Madelyn and Harold Stinnett, her son and daughter-in-law Richard and Patsy Stem, her former son-in-law and wife Ernest and Peggy Barnhart, eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
She was a member of the Dayton Knitting and Weaving Guilds, the University of Dayton Mothers' Club, and Immaculate Conception Parish.
The family gives thanks for the loving care provided by Hospice of Dayton and asks that donations in Philomena's memory be made Hospice of Dayton.
The memorial service will be held Saturday, 23 March, at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 1060 Salem Ave., Dayton OH with visitation at 12:00 noon and service to follow at 1:00 PM.
