Phillip W. McIntosh, age 51 of Dayton, passed away July 20, 2011. He was born June 11, 1960 in Dayton to the late Lloyd and Carol McIntosh, Sr. In addition to his parents, Phillip was preceded in death by his sister, Karen Lawson; and brothers, Steven, Randy and Michael McIntosh.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Darlene McIntosh Griffin; son, Wade McIntosh; granddaughter, Haven; brothers: Lloyd (Lynn) McIntosh, Jr. and George McIntosh; sister, Michelle McIntosh; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. He is also survived by his very special niece and nephew, Jenny and Randy; and special friend, Ken Morgan.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, July 25, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 12:30 – 1:30 pm. Burial to follow at Bearcreek Cemetery.
