Phillip R. Hammond Sr.

Phillip R. Hammond Sr., age 72 of New Lebanon, passed away Monday, April 23, 2018 at Genesis Healthcare New Lebanon Center. He was born December 1, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Claude and Audrey Hammond.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Harold Hammond; and sister, Barbara Townsend.
Phillip is survived by his children, Phillip and April; brothers, Terry (Carol) Hammond, Michael (Mary) Hammond; grandchildren, Colin, Lily and Rayden Hammond; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
