Phillip Green, age 59, of Waynesville, passed away at his home Monday, May 28, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nellie Oppy and step-father, Oscar Walters.
Phillip is survived by his siblings, Toby (Barbara) Green, James (Judy) Green, Stephen Walters, Christine Walters, Orville Walters, Lowell (Donna) Walters, Charles (Leota) Walters, Raymond (Judy) Walters, James (Liz) Walters, and Kenneth Walters; many nieces and nephews, and good friend, Chuck Bowling. Phillip was a veteran in the U.S. Army.
The family will receive friends Thursday, June 7, 2012 from 1-2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The memorial service will follow at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests donations be made in remembrance of Phillip Green to the Disabled American Veterans PO Box 14301 Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301.
