Phillip Dean Salley, age 58, of Dayton, entered into eternal rest Friday, July 1, 2011.
Phillip was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Salley; mother, Mary Hutchinson and brother, Eugene Salley.
Phillip is survived by his daughter, Erica (Richard) Watts; the love of his life, Delora Hughes & her daughter Mariah Smith; granddaughter, Haley Lovato; grandson, Austin Watts; sister, Elaine Miller; brother, Mark Salley; sister, Pam Montgomery; sister, Eva Barber; sister, Arlene Pierson; sister, Darlene Cotterman; brother, Ernie Washington; sister, Tommi Gail Kincaid.
He was loved and will be missed by his large extended family and friends. His outgoing and fun-loving personality will be missed by all.
The family will receive friends Thursday, July 7, 2011 from 5-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will be held Friday, July 8, 2011 at 11am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery.
