Phillip A. Schrum, 85, of Troy, passed away November 8, 2014.He was born March 22, 1929 in Oil City, Pennsylvania, to the late Charles and Zelma Schrum.
Phil was a Marine Veteran who served during the WWII era. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his sister, Jean Weber Schrum.
Phillip is survived by his two Sons, Mark A. Schrum of Dayton, OH, Jeff A. Schrum of Etna, OH and many good friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Red Cross or the Salvation Army.
