Philip H.Braum, age 62, of Washington D.C., passed away Sunday, October 31, 2010.
He was born February 8, 1948 in Dayton, to the late Lloyd and Alice Braum.
Phil is survived by his brother David (Connie) Braum; niece, Kathy Bolton; nephews, Scott (Lisa) Braum, Steven (Linda) Hirsch, and Thomas (Diane) Hirsch; great-nieces, Hannah, Abby, and Jessica; great-nephews, Christopher, Matthew, and Michael.
Phil was an urban planner with 36 years of experience. He earned his Master of City Planning and Master of Civil Engineering degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. Phil worked for Barton-Aschman Associates and more recently at Kimley-Horn and Associates. He was highly regarded within the planning community having received many honors.
