Age 45, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at her home after a lengthy illness.
Penny is survived by four children, Josh Leet, Amanda Prince, Matthew Prince & Courtney Lewis; three grandchildren; her father, Charles Prince; her mother, Marilee (James) Bennett; grandmother, Martha Broyles; one sister, Marcia Schockman; and by her favorite aunt, Hazel.
Services will be private. Newcomer, North Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
