Penny E. Carter, age 56, of Fairborn, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.
Penny was born in Kettering on March 3, 1966.
She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Donald L. Stacy.
Penny is survived by her daughters, Amanda (Preston) DeBusk and Kasie (Jacob) Corwin; mother, Elizabeth L. Stacy; grandchildren, Emma, Adalynn, Preston Jr., Amelia and Keegan; and many other relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank Promedica Hospice for their loving care-especially her nurse, Talia.
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 30, 2023 from 12:30-1:30pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424. The service will follow at 1:30pm.
Penny will be laid to rest at Byron Cemetery in Fairborn, OH.
