PEGGY MARIE BRADEN, age 71, of Friendship Village, formerly of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away Friday, December 31, 2010.

She is survived by her three brothers; Wallace (Shane) Braden of Clayton, Oh., Tom Braden of Lakeland, Florida, and Tim (Debra) Braden of Golden Gate, Florida; her sister, Sandra (Robert) Lee of Waverly, Tn., two nephews, four nieces, numerous great neices and great nephews, cousins and other friends and relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucille and Homer Braden. She served her country with the United States Air Force then returned home to Fort Wayne, Indiana. Peggy loved caring for children and animals. Though failing health brought her to Dayton, Ohio to be cared for, she was always happy, thoughtful of others, enjoyed her bingo games, and kept a positive outlook on life. She will be missed by all of her friends and relatives.
A memorial gathering and service will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home on Thursday, January 6, 2011 from 5-7 pm with services beginning at 7:00 pm. A memorial gathering starting at 1:00 pm will be held Friday, January 7, 2011 in Greenlawn Cemetary Chapel, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
