Monie, Peggie G. 76 of Dayton, Ohio passed away Tuesday morning, January 24, 2017. She was born November 10, 1940 in Marion, SC.
She is survived by her children, James (Evon) Faircloth, Sharon Monie, Terri Strickland, Marquece Simmons, Clarence (Barbara), Phillip (Debbie), Cedric, Rhonda and Toni Monie; brothers, Thomas, William, Benjamin and James Allen Faircloth; sister, Patricia Grimes, Earlene McKinzie and Lottie Mae Franks; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Peggie was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Faircloth, father, James Faircloth, daughter, Jackie Monie, grandchildren, Clarence, Phillip Jr. and Gregory Monie; sister, Lisa Faircloth.
Visitation will be from 12:30-2 PM on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. where a funeral service will begin at 2 PM with Donald Devoise officiating.
