Age 77, of Medway, passed away Monday, December 17, 2007, at Hospice of Dayton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and three brothers.
Pauline is survived by her husband of the past 60 years, Chesley Lewis; six children, Geraldine (Oscar) Lewis, Chesley (Brenda) Lewis, Eugene (Nancy) Lewis, Georgianna (Alan) Westerberg, Frank (Paula) Lewis and Denver (Lela) Lewis; 19 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and by two sisters, Geraldine Berry and Georgianna McCauly.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m., Sunday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. The family will be receiving friends from 3:00 p.m. until time of service.
If friends desire, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420.
