Paul Daniel Weckel
October 21, 1949 — April 20, 2017
WECKEL, Paul D., age 67 of Jamestown, passed away on April 20, 2017. He was born in Dayton to the late George D. and Thelma Weckel. Paul graduated from Xenia High School in 1968. After graduation he went on to proudly and honorably serve in the United States Air Force. Paul married Patricia Gibbs in 1972. In his free time, Paul enjoyed working with his hands: woodworking, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He was a caring and compassionate husband, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
Paul leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife of 45 years, Pat Weckel; son, Kevin (Julianne) Weckel and their two children, Vance and Lauren; one daughter, and 3 additional grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at OSU Medical Center for their compassionate care during this difficult time.
