Paul E. Teaney

Paul E. Teaney, age 79 of Dayton, reunited with his beloved wife, Patricia, on January 7, 2022. He was born June 30, 1942 in Nashville, TN to the late Zarah and Lorene (Gregory) Teaney. In addition to his wife and parents, Paul was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Teaney.

He is survived by his two children, Paula (Jim) Boehmer and Randy Teaney; grandchildren, Jennifer, Evan, Erin and Jessica; sister, Hester Jenkins and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

Paul worked and retired from Mound Labs in Miamisburg, OH where he assisted with many designs and patents that are used to this day. He spent lots of time coaching and cheering on his kids and grandkids sports teams. Paul was an avid fan of Ohio sports teams, Bengals, Reds, Ohio State and Dayton Flyers but he would watch just about anything sports related.

Family will receive guests from 5-8 PM on Friday, January 21, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Centerville Chapel (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton, 45459). A funeral service will begin at 10 AM on Saturday, January 22 at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Miami Valley Memorial Gardens, Centerville.
