Paul Isaiah Rose

Paul "Isaiah" Rose, age 33, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on March 2, 2023 very suddenly and unexpectedly, and is in the arms of Jesus.


Paul was born December 22, 1989, in Dayton, Ohio. He was part of the graduating class of 2008 at Northridge High School. He leaves behind two beautiful daughters: Julia Mae and Makayla. He was a Union painter and proud of his completion of DeCoach on October 28, 2022.

He overcame many obstacles in life but God was always by his side. He was saved and a member of Union Chapel Community Church. He loved, honored, and feared the Lord.

Paul plays a major role in many people's lives. He was very loved. He is the only son of Debbie (Mom) and the only sibling to Shirley P. (Big sissy). He is known as "uncle Ike" to all 7 of Shirley's kids: Zechariah, Shirleymae, Isabella, Nevaeh, Eli, Prim'Rose, and Lydia'Jean. He was a great uncle of "Lil sissy" (children: Kaitelynn, Elijah, & Adalynn).

He has 2 living aunts: Frankie (Jody) Newman (children: Ben, Trey, Babette, Robyn and Alexis) and Liz (Jim) Shupert (children: Jaasiel and Jeremiah).

Anyone who knew Paul, remembers that ethereal smile he never failed to flash. His smile was bound to light the room up every single time. If he had it, he would give it. He had a true heart of Gold. Special friend Lisa. Predeceased in death Grandfather and Grandmother Paul and Shirley Rose "BigMommie"

His family will accept visitation on Friday, March 24th 2023 from 12:30-1:30pm with funeral services held directly after. Visitation will be held at Union Chapel Community Church 2520 Ontario Ave Dayton Ohio. Senior Pastor Steve Thompson and assist Pastor Jim Shupert officiating. He will be laid to Rest at WillowView Cemetery on Wagner Ford Rd. Dayton, Ohio.
