Paul Roberts

ROBERTS, Paul, age 74, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2007. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cressel Roberts and Edith Roberts Bach. Paul leaves behind his wife of 37 years, Jessie Roberts, daughter, Cynthia Paulette Jarvis, brother, Glenn (Barbara) Roberts and their immediate family, as well as a host of other family members. Paul served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of the VFW Post 03283. Paul was also an ironworker with Local 290 for 40 years. He was a member of the Road Knights and drag raced at Kil-Kare Speedway and the Gem City Classics Car Club. Paul's passion was going to car shows and cruises. He was a dedicated and faithful member of Gem City Classics Car Club, attending all functions up until his health deteriorated. A special thanks to his friends at the Wayside Chapel, for their kindness over the years, and to the many friends who have helped Paul and Jessie during this difficult time.
