Paul Daniel Herzog

Paul Daniel Herzog, age 95, of Dayton, passed away on Monday, June 11, 2018. Paul was born in Dayton on December 6, 1922 to the late Joseph & Marie Herzog. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Raymond, Walter, Ellwood, Lester and Ruth.

Paul is survived by his wife of 54 years, Nancy Herzog; daughters, Maria (William) Reinmann, Paula Herzog and Valerie (Timothy) Jenney; grandchildren, Charlotte and Joseph Reinmann; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.

Paul graduated from Wilbur Wright High School. Then during WWII went on to proudly serve in the Army Air Corps 319th Bombardment Group. Paul later became a draftsman for NCR and several other local companies.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 9-10am at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6696 Springboro Pike Dayton, OH 45449. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10am. Paul will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery with military honors.
