Paul Alan Green

Paul Alan "The Paul" Green, age 63, of Dayton, passed away on December 16, 2022, at Hospice of Dayton, with his loving family by his side. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, on May 19, 1959, the son of the late George and Rita (Garman) Green.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Tina Green; sons, Aaron Green, Gregory (Nicole) Green, Jeremy (Jane) Campbell and Zachary (Briana) Green; grandchildren, Claire, Molly, Trevor and Topaz; siblings, Kathy (Dave) Rehmert, Christi (Dale) Hallstrom, Linda (the late Kenny) Grubb, Diane (Richard) Fretch, Carmen (Dave) Hickey, Patrick (Carla) Green and Tina (Curt) Rasnic; his special niece/caregiver, Shellie (Aaron) Beneke; special aunt and ME TV watcher, Judy Durham; his fur babies, Lucy, Ziggy, Rudy, Lilly and Dobby; and many other loving family and friends.

Paul retired from DMHA, where he was employed for over 30 years and then worked for Carroll High School for 10 years. He also spent his time volunteering with the Carroll Patriots Marching Band. In his free time, he enjoyed playing guitar, smoking meats and spending time with his family and dogs. Paul was the rock for everyone he knew and loved. He was selfless and always put others before himself. You would never meet a person who would have something bad to say about Paul. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held from 1:00pm-3:00pm, on Monday, December 26, 2022, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, where a Celebration of Paul's Life will begin at 3:00pm.
