The family will be receiving friends from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 21, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio. Committal services with military honors will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday at the Dayton National Cemetery, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio.
