Paul E. Brodnick

Paul E. Brodnick, age 81, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on March 21, 2023. He was born in Dayton on November 1, 1941 to the late Albert and Ruth Brodnick. In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Judy Brodnick; and his siblings: Patty, Danny, Rita, and Alberta.

Paul is survived by his children: Chris (Donna) Brodnick and Kadee (Larry) Koester; grandchildren: Corwin, Shane, and Logan Brodnick and Bradee and Brenden (Ren) Koester; great grandchildren: Jason, Paige, and Denver; brother: Mike Brodnick; extended family: Brenda Fields-McKenzie, Joe Owens, Ty Hart, Harold Bailey, Mike and Shirley Wheeler, Cindy Russell and god daughter, Dawn Socrates; and many other family and friends.

Paul had a very full life. In his career he has done things from driving a semi, managing a quality beer distributor, he was also self employed as a general contractor, but what he loved most was his carpentry. Paul was a lifetime member of the East Dayton Club, The Polish Club, and The Slovak Club where he served as the president. He was a member of the Amvets Club as the son of a veteran. Paul was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. His family was his pride and joy.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 5:00pm to 7:00 at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Mass will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 10:30am at St. Rita's Catholic Church, 5401 N. Main Street, Dayton.
