Patty Jean Barker

Patty Barker, age 62, of Centerville, Ohio, passed away January 28, 2025. She was born on March 17, 1962 in Dayton, Ohio. 

Patty was preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Marguerite Morris, and her father, Robert William Morris. 

Patty is survived by her children, Jessica Andress, Jennifer Brown, Joe Barker, and Grace Barker; her grandchildren, Brody, Grayson, Madison, Talan, Griffen, Adrienne, and Charlotte; and many others whom she loved dearly. 

Patty was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her; her life was one marked by love, compassion, and kindness. She was a true caregiver and helper, generous and selfless. Patty loved the outdoors, music, and dancing; she will be remembered fondly for her sense of humor, contagious laugh, and gentle heart. Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of her family and friends, but her spirit will always be a part of us. 

She will forever be missed by those who knew and loved her. 

Family and friends are welcomed to honor and remember Patty at a Celebration of Life on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 9700 Crooked Creek Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45458 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 pm.
