Patti Jean Deissle, age 70 of Dayton, passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born on May 25, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Alvin and Minnie O'Koon. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John Deissle; brother, Selig O'Koon; and her niece, Emily O'Koon.
Patti is survived by her daughter, Erin Peters; son, Adam (Sara) Peters; grandson, Samuel Peters; brother, Sam (Pat) O'Koon; sister-in-law, Cookie O'Koon; and her best friend; Julie Beeching. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Patti loved to go to the beach and to the mountains. She also enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and furbabies. Patti is well loved and will be deeply missed by all those who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ASPCA - Humane Society of Greater Dayton, SICSA Pet Adoption and Wellness Center, or to an animal charity of your choice.
