Patsy Jean Blaylock, age 80, of Dayton passed away June 12, 2013 at her residence, with her sons and daughter-in-law by her side.
She was preceded in death by her husband Hollis and her sisters Pauline Wagner, Sue Lairmore, and brother Paul Blair.
She is survived by sons Dwain and Derek (Pam); brother, Dr. Rev. John T. Longsworth; niece, Debbie Kay of Lake Charles, Louisiana; 5 sisters-in-law; 3 brothers-in-law; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 17, 2013 from 9-10:00 AM, at Newcomer Funeral Home North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where the funeral service will follow at 10 AM.
Interment will follow at Byron Cemetery, Fairborn.
