Patsy Ann Adair

Patsy Ann (Blair) Adair, age 69, of Medway, Ohio, departed this life after an extended illness on October 7, 2023 with her family by her side. She was born in West Liberty, Kentucky, to the late Johnny Wade Blair and Margie Perkins Blair.

Patsy is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, David Crockett Adair. They were a loving couple, when you saw one, you saw both. They were inseparable.

Patsy is also survived by her daughter, Marsha (Jason) Lee, of New Carlisle; step children: David, Bill, Yvette, and Kim; brothers: Ronnie (Pam) Blair, Randall Blair, and Scott Blair (all of New Carlisle, Ohio); sister, Bonnie (James) Phillips, of Knoxville, TN. Bonnie was also her caregiver throughout the entire illness. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her son, Jonathan Gibson; brother, Hershall Blair; and sister, Janice Mann.

Patsy was a fun loving person, always smiling. She loved spending time with her family, friends, neighbors, and church family. She loved listening to bluegrass and gospel music, enjoyed her flower garden, fishing, and taking rides in the car, site seeing with David. Her favorite quotes were "Praise the Lord" and "Good Lord's Will". She will be missed.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, on Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023 at Park Layne First Church of God, 8692 Bellefontaine Road, New Carlisle, Ohio at 12:00pm. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at 11:00am.
