O'BRIEN, Patrick Hayden, 55, of Centerville passed away Monday, August 1, 2005. He is preceded in death by his father John Hayden O'Brien. Patrick is survived by his mother Brycy O'Brien; wife Teresa; daughter Erin Kate, of Columbus; son Kevin Patrick; sister Maureen Bradley (Bill); brothers Tim (Cindy) and Terry (Lynn); Teresa's parents Larry and Lois Buedel; sister-in-law Ann Spooner (Dave); brothers-in-law Tom (Margaret) Buedel and Dan (Janet) Buedel; many nieces, nephews and other family and friends. He loved to golf with his life long friends Gary, Dave, and Chuck. All are welcome to a mass of celebration to be held 10:30AM Friday, August 5, 2005 at The Church of Incarnation, 7479 Far Hills Ave. Father Pete Helmlinger officiating.
