Joseph E. "Patrick" Clouse, age 34 of Dayton, passed away April 9, 2011. He was born January 5, 1977 in Dayton to the late B. Derrick Clouse and Deborah Clouse who survives. In addition to his father, Patrick was preceded in death by his grandparents: Robert and Mary Powell and Willard and Thelma Clouse.
Patrick is survived by his wife, Jackie Clouse; children: Brayden, Karleigh and Brianna Clouse; brother, Brian (Shannon) Crusie; sister, Cydney Clouse; brother and best friend, Tiny Heckman; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Bertie and William Triplett; sister-in-law, Missy Bolton; very special aunt and uncle: Dave and Di Powell; 3 nephews; 2 nieces; and many other extended family members and friends.
He was an amazing man beyond words; a loving and devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle and nephew. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a huge O.S.U. Buckeye fan. He was a founder and member of Team Hurt MMA and was a coach, mentor and leader to many of the fighters on the team.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday. Reverend Daniel Powell officiating. Burial to follow at Woodland Cemetery.
