Patrick was born in Dayton, OH on July 27, 1969 to Judith Queen and the late James Bush.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his step-mother, Deborah Bush; sisters, Lesley (Brian) Holter, Justine Bush, Whitney Bush and Angela Branham as well as nieces, nephews and may friends.
